As the number of players increase the amount that a ref is needed has to decrease.
I tried to check paxsims but the games I found are all for money and they are for 2-4 players.
How would you structure a narrative wargame for lets say 8 players?

Hey, I know that the design subforums were shut down, but at some point, I think I'd just like to pick your brain about some of the concepts I've come up with, but have no idea how to support mechanically.
