Updated RPG Design Patterns?

I've recently gotten in to RPG Design and I'm loving it. I'm also a sucker for design patterns and lists of mechanics.

Is there any updated list / wiki of RPG design patterns? I'd love to see lists / comparisons of different dice, ability, and contest mechanics that includes mechanics used in recent indies like Blackbird and the *World games.
